• LIFETIME WARRANTY on almost all memory items, both standard and proprietary. We simply require a copy of the invoice and an explanation for the return.
• Claims of shipment errors must be called in to our office within TWO DAYS of product receipt.
• A copy of the invoice should accompany all returned product.
• Product over 30 days old will be accepted for replacement only (without prior approval).
• Product returned for credit may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
• Shipping/handling and minimum order fees are non-refundable.
• Merchandise is ALWAYS considered out of warranty if ANY physical damage has occurred to the returned parts.
• In no event shall seller be liable for any loss of use, revenue, profit or custom or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the sales of goods.
