Orders received after 4:00PM Central will be processed the next business day. Please allow up to two days for special/proprietary orders, but expect same day shipping for most standard memory products.
We DO NOT ship to, nor do we accept credit cards from outside the USA or Canada. We do, however, ship to APO/FPO destinations (via US Postal Service only).

Additional Fees
Due to varying product weight, dimensions and delivery fees, actual shipping costs may be confirmed by phone and/or email prior to your order shipping.
- Alaska and Hawaii deliveries will incur a minimum $10 surcharge for UPS shipments.
- Residential UPS deliveries require a minimum surcharge of $3 (may be higher)
- COD deliveries via UPS will incur a $9.00 COD fee
- Shipping on your shipping carrier account available by request (such as FedEx).
· Rates and delivery times to Canada vary and will be determined after your order is received. We will confirm this cost with you by phone/email.
· All duties & taxes added by the Canadian government are to be paid by the recipient.
Insurance
All orders are fully insured. The Upgrade Place covers insurance costs for all US Mail and UPS deliveries valued up to $300. Order amounts above $300 will include an insurance cost of $0.35 per $100 of value.
