- LIFETIME WARRANTY on almost all memory items, both standard and proprietary. We simply require a copy of the invoice and an explanation for the return.
- Claims of shipment errors must be called in to our office within TWO DAYS of product receipt.
- A copy of the invoice should accompany all returned product.
- Product over 30 days old will be accepted for replacement only (without prior approval).
- Product returned for credit may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
- Shipping/handling and minimum order fees are non-refundable.
- Merchandise is ALWAYS considered out of warranty if ANY physical damage has occurred to the returned parts.
