The Eye-Fi Share Secure Digital (SD) Memory Card connects to a wireless network or internet connection and wirelessly uploads your digital pictures directly from the camera to your home computer or favorite photo sharing website. The Eye-Fi card can send the pictures to a folder on your home computer or one of over 20 online photo, blogging and social networking websites (via the included Eye-Fi WebShare service). You can send your photos wirelessly to flickr, Shutterfly, Photobucket, Picasa, Facebook, SmugMug and more. See all participating photo websites.
The memory card includes a 1 Year subscription to Eye-Fi's WebShare service, which allows you to send pictures to photo sharing websites. Each additional year of service is available for $9.99/year.
You can choose the privacy levels that your sharing website supports and even setup notifications so you know when your photos and videos are uploaded.
The initial setup is easy:
- Register your Eye-Fi card
- Pair the Eye-Fi Card to your Wi-Fi network
- Choose a sharing web site to send pictures to (if you want)
